i try and try install twrp 3.0 but i can´t .... share me somebody the twrp 3.0 file for Z1 compact: recovery.twrp.cpio.lzma ... find it using Root explorer.apk in: /system/bin

I change this file and twrp 3.0 work ... but i can´t install the Zip because the file that find was for Z3

I'm about to give up :-////

Try to install with my z1 compact but the camera was so dark.. Any suggestions sir?

all my flash attempts result in a boot loop - with this and also the last version.

procedure as usual:

- factory reset
- flash rom
- flash gapps
- reboot

afterwards I hang in a boot-loop after the sony logo..

any suggestions?

PS: I also loose recovery all the time, and re-flash via fastboot does not work either, also tried the boot.img of the 5.7.0 version: no change

@OmarEinea - really love RR, and latest build is solid and smooth, but hope you can do something with camera at some point. AICP is the only CM-based MM ROM for this phone so far that has been able to do anything with it. Have you seen this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=67936929&postcount=190 ? Maybe you can integrate...

Hi guys i tried installing the rom but i'm stock on the "patching system image unconditionally". Does it take awhile for the patching to complete or my download is just corrupted? I tried downloading the rom again but i encountered the same scenario. I am using twrp on real recovery.

Hi everybody,

I flashed this ROM two days ago and while the performance is awesome, I've got some weird issues:

- Most apps can't seem to access sd card even though permission is granted. (Example: Stock gallery app shows only blank images, QuickPic works fine. / Gentle Alarm can't play music files from SD, but from internal storage, etc.)
- Battery drain is really bad, phone uses ~50% a day without using it much. Had about 20% before with 5.1. Battery settings say that Google Play Services are to blame, I flashed the recommended Mini Gapps.
- Two times, the phone seemed like it had frozen. Didn't react to any button presses or anything. Had to hold Power + Volume buttons to turn it off the hard way. Booted fine after that, battery was at ~70%.

Did anybody else run into those issue and was able to fix them? I did a factory reset before flashing, so that shouldn't be the issue.

Camera preview does not work with the latest release 5.7.3 r61, except for org.cyanogenmod.snap camera app. So for example when I open the Google Camera app, the preview image looks like a solid black area, but when I take a picture with it, the image will be a real photo. Is there a workaround to make previews operational?

BTW the ROM is excellent, battery lasts for 2 days compared to the DU ROM, where it was 12 hours in average. GUI is very nice and smooth.

The ROM installs very well and most stuff I tested works just fine. I can confirm that the Google camera does not work with the newest ROM.
One other problem I ran into is, that I cannot switch between LTE/3G/2G. For me its stuck on 3G.

Logcat when I try to change that:

It says that it is set to prefer LTE, but the status bar never shows LTE. ( I know for certain, that there is coverage where I tested.)
