Unfortunately I can't use this rom, the camera wont work except with the built in camera app. All other camera apps just shows a black screen. I'm going to use my Z1C as a dashcam with CaroO, but CaroO can't access the camera at all. To bad, otherwise RR always been a nice rom.

I flash this ROM time to time, to see how's it goin'. But everytime I do this ( BTW it's a great ROM no doubt about it ), and flash my required things such as V4A, and xposed, some xposed modules not working as i has te be. Like PerfectColorBar. What is my problem with that? And why I post this here? Well it's because I think it's not the modules fault, I think. And what is my problem. Well... everything is honkey-dory until I lunch an app with white or light background and this happens :

Sorry for not highlighting the problem, but at the bottom the navbar icons supposed to be dark, but nothing happens. You can't see it? Neighter than I . And if I make a phone call, the person on the other line cannot hear what I say. If anyone has a hint or, suggestion, or fix I would be happy about it. And yeah, the camera is not that fancy, but I suppose Sony will update it's driver libary for MM. I mean I hope . In the mean time keep up the good work .

Perfect Color Bar is a great module, but also pretty complicated. I don't know how familiar you are with it, but I know that there's many possible options and configurations, and some of them need reboot or sysui restart to see. I would try some more messing around with it. Also, it may clash or get confused with certain Roms or dynamic themes. RR is a very modded rom.

Can't switch the "preferred network type" under "cellular network" from LTE to 3g or 2g. LTE remains always enabled.

Actually...the camera is better, than on DU. It's even better, than the Stock Galaxy Alpha i've intended as a replacement...

Camera is also pretty stable and the boot time is crazy fast...although other camera apps are not working - unless you can switch to CameraAPI2...but then there is only 720p Picture resolution.

Nevertheless, this looks actually promising...if there is any improvement.

It's still as bad as it was, as you can always expect from AOSP/CM - Based ROMs
If camera is a big deal for you like it is to me, I advise you to stick with Stock - Based ROMs

don´t work for me ... install with TWRP 2.8.7 ... wipe dalking cache, system, data and cache ... install rom ... install gapps (ARM, 6.0, STOCK) ... reboot .... and .... BLACK SCREEN

where is the fail???

However, could you please provide a little more (objective) information? Like what to expect from this ROM, which parts are working and which not. Is camera working? If yes, in which quality? Does Bluetooth work? (often an issue with custom ROMs) What about GPS? And how stable is it in general? When I read through the description and the website resurrectionremix.com, you praise this ROM to the skies. Following your description, this ROM should be the best ROM out there, no issues, ready for daily use, everything works like a charm. Is it true? Or have you just left out all the not-working parts?
Could you maybe make a list or so, telling us truthfully which parts are working and where still some work needs to be done?

You really need to try. No ROM is going to be perfect, because it's all subjective, based on what each person considers the most important issues. Even stock ROMs usually don't please everyone. Each custom ROM dev builds according to their likes and priorities, and others can try and see hie it lines up for them. As for this build, you can read through the thread and find helpful experiential info, (for example, the camera is not very good - not because of the ROM, but because of closed-source CM code, etc). So if camera is high priority, you might not like it, but there's other things it offers that other ROMs don't....
