This is directly and purely built using CM device trees

Most of things are working, though camera has a really bad quality so far (but hey, it takes photos )
You might face a bit of FC in settings, it is totally solved by one reboot (for me at least)

Five installation attempts. TWRP 2.8.7.0 - running applications within 15 minutes. TWRP 3.0 - launch of applications for at least 15 minutes. Flash boot.img from the archive - android finished boot within 10 minutes. I could not start any time. Sorry for my English. Google translator

My attempt, stayed at Finishing Boot.. for about 20 min, turned off phone, turned back on, Setup Screen came up, but was getting Settings FC and SystemUI FC....couldn't get past the FC Popups...rebooted into recovery, TWRP 3.0 couldn't mount any partitions...no luck on my end

I am stuck on systenui fc to. And when i use gapps it takes too long to past the starting apps or finishing boot phase... Without gapps it opens faster bu the systemui fc are still there. And sory but i dont know how to take logcat at this point.

Define booting

C6806 using TWRP 3.0.0-0

1st boot, it optimizes apps, but hangs at Starting apps...

A forced shutdown then reboot results in constant System UI FCs.

Gapps do not install says not enought free space ,been trying to boot up it either gets stuck at finish boot or starting apps or system ui FC!

Yes gapps are big No No for now. Rom work good if there are no gapps installed.

Virtually all XZU roms won't take anything more than a Nano package. Opengapps.org is the latest to offer such a package, I don't know if TKruzze/PA gapps are still maintained.

Don't you need a gpe specific rom to avoid turning yr phone into a paperweight?

same problems here, flashed gapps and had the constant system UI FCs after the "finishing boot" process, has anyone experimented with other gapps?

also, I have been unable to replace the recovery (cyanogenmod recovery) to TWRP even though the fastboot flash recovery seems to have worked fine

Wow i m stuck in sony logo, no recovery nothing happened.. Now back to stock 4.4.2 then rooted and now flashing stock 5.1.1 rom...
