nice rom

this is a great smooth stable ROM, and has given me a lot of peace of mind.

Just a snag that i faced yesterday- flashify wouldnt work with the latest nightly anymore. So i had to manually go to the recovery to flash latest nightly.(30/5)

I put in a lot of effort to find a tutorial on how to root, flash TWRP latest 3.0.2.0 and then flash Exodus on Stock MIUI latest global developer version mi3, but could not find one.
Can anybody here help me to know how to flash Root and Flash TWRP and Exodus
I am using exodus on Bacon and I love it. Specially because it is so smooth, fast and it has layers :D
Exodus uses their own firmware(would like to know how is it different from CM-just for my knowledge)
Please :)

Root, flash TWRP and Exodus should be same as Bacon, except that the bootloader is unlocked

Hey @Raja.M, remember me? I messaged you a few times on hangouts and posted on G+.
I tried the latest build 07/04. It didn't fix the problem, it increases them. Here are my results:
I flashed both CM 13 (latest nightly) (CM because I think Exodus uses its base) and Exodus. I fastboot flashed both times MIUI Marshmallow complete images before installing twrp and flashing the ROMs.
CM worked perfectly.
However, when booting Exodus, the phone was very slow. In the boot animation, the beginning was extremely slow. The middle was smooth. But the ending was very slow again. Optimizing apps took like 20 minutes. And after complete boot, the phone was extremely laggy.
These are my findings. If you need any help diagnosing this, tell me.

@Raja.M Did something happen to 01/07 build? I was looking forward to sending you the screen shots.
You can change navigation bar size. And I can apply layers to navigation bars perfectly. On Grounge theme. Which theme are you using?

sluggish phone with newer builds

To all who is facing problems with sluggish phone in any new builds of exodus. It seem to be governor related as the cpu remains at 300MHz as maximum speed! I installed kernel auditor and changed 1) mutlicore power saving to disabled from aggressive 2) CPU boost 10 160 ms and boost frequency to 2265MHz 3) input interval to 350 msec. It seems in newer build the cpu table or governor related settings seems gone wrong.

Is it working perfectly now?

Yes it is working just fine once cpu governor settings are made reasonable! Problem is any new flash the first boot happens very slow due to cpu working only at minimum frequency of 300MHz. Once it boots one can modify the settings are everything works fine.
