That is a pretty loaded question. Roms are created with a design concept, either to be as sleek and efficient as possible or to be as loaded up to the gills with as many features as can possibly be crammed into it. At this point all of the 6.x builds for this phone will be mature, daily drivers, rock solid. Temasek has always been about being rich with features but not bloated, responsive and pretty but at the cost of ram and storage. My opinion could be considered biased, but this is the best rom out there for this phone (or any other). The other choices are extremes, at either end of the spectrum. If you absolutely need the most storage space and ram available, find a rom cut to the bone. Some people prefer to start with a rom like that and then build upon it using frameworks like xposed, installing UI apps into the system as they see fit. Other roms are bloated to a ridiculous extreme, with ten different quick launchers and goofy interface goodies all over the place.
When roms are all young, unfinished and possibly unstable, that is when a question like yours has merit. At this point, it would be hard to justify any other rom than this.
