I use these gapps exclusively on this phone. They won't work on my one Plus though. What's nice is that you can run it at any time to add or remove any gapps when ever you like.I really like these http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3010798

Ditto and Ditto. Rogersb11 you my friend have a 6 pack coming your way. This is by far the best L Rom I have run yet and Im a crack flasher. Only thing is I have not be able to get working on any of the L roms is netflix. I always wipe the phone via back and reset and then boot to CWM to erase data, Cache, Delvik. Then flash Rom/apps/kernel. I let play store back up apps. I have tried letting it install netflix and a reboot or two before trying to open netflix and then also tried not letting it restore and then rebooting and then installing netflix and a reboot after that. Its not a deal breaker by any means just been puzzling from my first L rom install.I use these gapps exclusively on this phone. They won't work on my one Plus though. Should work if you use my kernel, working on t0lteDitto and Ditto. Rogersb11 you my friend have a 6 pack coming your way. This is by far the best L Rom I have run yet and Im a crack flasher. I haven't used Gmail since I tried Google Inbox. I don't even install Gmail anymore. But Inbox still pulls from Gmail and I an not experiencing any lag in getting any of my emails. Maybe you can try that app or try different gapps.Hey all. Is anyone else having issues where GMail isn't being pushed to the phone? Ie new mail isn't showing up until I open the GMail app, and yes, I have Sync on.
It started with this rom and I've tried 2 different gapp packages, including one that did not have this issue with Wilson's ROM.
Anyone have thoughts?
No issues here either. Using normal gmail. It might be your gapps. Try uninstalling gmail and downloading from the playstore to see if that makes a difference.Hey all. Yup, third times the charm. Aroma GApps finally made it work as expected. No issues here either. Using normal gmail. It might be your gapps. Try uninstalling gmail and downloading from the playstore to see if that makes a difference.
I just wiped everything and flashed the 4/20 build and your kernel and the aroma gapps. And still no luck with Netflix. I have yet to get a working build of lollipop with Netflix.Should work if you use my kernel, working on t0lte

As I said not a deal breaker. Just mind boggling at this point.

The init.d script for netflix is in smdk4412-common so netflix should work. I have noticed that it has not worked 100% of the time though. Sometimes I have to close and relaunch a couple of times then movies play. Other times I have to reboot and start app a few times. Blame samsung for the netflix issue. They make sure it works on their bloated crap but devs have to do specific hacks to fix it for aosp.I'll look into it. The device fix should be in common BUT I don't remember to be honest and never use Netflix so I will check tonight and if it's not in common and I only have in t0lte for example then I will add it to 605 but I think it's in common but I'll check to be sure. What is that I myself don't use netflix literally ever I've just had reported that it works
First make sure you used the correct gapps and also that you did a clean flash. You should also use the shift 5.2 kernel.Having soft reboots. It keeps looping between note II screen and the cyanide boot animation. It will sometimes get to where it says android is upgrading, gets through all the apps and then reboots again. Any ideas?
Me too. It mostly happens after a reboot that my Cell Service is out (exclamation in the icon). I then have to toggle Airplane Mode to get it to come back.So far I am loving this ROM, but I am having an issue where it is losing cellular data from time to time. I live in Seattle and have never had a problem before with cellular data cutting out. I am also running the latest Shift kernel. After going through various forums, it seems like it is a common problem with lollipop ROM's for this phone. Just curious if anyone has any ideas on solutions for this problem.
Thanks,
Micah
