Hi There!

This is the guide about installing unofficial android 6.0 on LG G4c (H525n)

Things needed:
1. LG H525n
2. LGUP
3. Latest KDZ file
4. ES File Explorer App on your phone
5. ROOT (with KingRoot)

Download This, run the BAT file as admin, open LGUP and flash KDZ.

If LGUP still shows your G4c as "Unknown Device" or won't start :

1. Reinstall LGUP
2.In ES File Explorer go to /cust/[your operator's name e.g. OPEN_COM or P4P_PL]/ and edit cust..prop.
Change:
ro.lge.swversion=something
ro.lge.swversion_short=something
To:
ro.lge.swversion=H81510c
ro.lge.swversion_short=V10c

3.Save and go to /cust and open "cust_path_mapping.cfg". At the end of file, add 26001,FF=/[your operator's name used in step 1]

Now reboot ur phone and connect it to PC in MTP mode

Open LGUP.
1.Now your H525n is not "unknown device", but "H815".
2.In LGUP, select downloaded KDZ file.
3.Start flashing.
4.After flashing KDZ your phone will boot with new android 6.0 :laugh:

I rooted MM using kingroot after 24% i see command "Root Failed" but I have root. I check by RootChecker. I am trying to remove Kingroot by SuperSu but I can't update binary. After reboot root is disappears.

Yap, you have temp root

for permanent root you need to flash supersu 2.6.x via twrp (which you can´t boot)
So you can root every reboot.

I have a few questions:
1. Is this rom free from brandings? Is it europe open?
2. Can I select German as language?
3. Do you have tried that? :D

4. And do you know when LG release marshmallow update for europe open devices? :)

Excuse me, I don't get it. With this method you install a G4 kdz on a G4c?
Nope, its a Poland Orange .kdz from the G4c. But I thought that first too. :D

you can use any sim, there is just some software by orange on it.
Ah, Okay danke! :D Das beruhigt mich, dann muss ich auch nicht mehr warten und mittels Root klappt hau ich die Apps dann runter.

PS: I have a script for the G4c to replace Kingroot against SuperSU and it works on all v10x versions. I try if the script will also work with android 6.0. :)
