I try to install the version 6.4 but my phone doesn't start.
If i go back to the version 6.2 it's all fine.

Install new firmware... The simplest way is to flash first flash latest official twrp and then boot into new twrp immidiately and the flash official MM stock (find it on naman bhalla's thread), then flash blisspop latest build.
The issue is that you are on lollipop and you need new firmware to install a MM ROM.

Everything works in the latest build and it is damn smooth.

Flash the latest firmware from here! DO NOT REBOOT AFTER FLASHING!!!

Then, after that, flash the latest Official TWRP 3.0.2-2 from within TWRP.
After you have flashed both of those, go back to the TWRP main menu, and reboot to recovery. You will then reboot into the new recovery on the new firmware. Then wipe all but "Internal Storage" and flash the ROM, GApps, and whatever else you want like you normally would, and enjoy!

Enable? I cannot disable them.
Also, screen recording doesnt work. The button is there but it does absolutely nothing.

One little problem.. I have 2 SIMs in my phone and I can't seem to choose SIM B as the default for data connection.
No matter what I do, the data connection persists to SIM A.
Has anyone else faced this problem?

One more problem cropped up just now.
Whenever I try to fire the dialer app, the phone reboots.
Flashing the new modem doesnt help.

Can confirm the sim problem. Dialer works fine for me.

Can confirm the sim problem. Dialer works fine for me.

I was able to overcome the SIM problem by changing the places of the SIMs.
That is, made SIM A as B and vice versa.

But the dialer problem persisted. Had to freshly install the official MM ROM.
I really liked the Bliss ROM.. provides loads of customisations.
Hopefully someone will come up with a solution to this.

As far as I remember, the ROM includes this.
I had to reinstall the official MM ROM for a dialer problem.
