Welcome to my Hell​

This ROM is based off of Verizon GB OTA 4.06.605.03 for Incredible and uses tiny's 10/23 no wifi n kernel. I've started adding some red theming(more to come) and I've also added some tweaks for speed, battery life and RAM optimization. I also suggest using spare parts to set screen and transition animations to fast. I also use it to turn haptic feedback off for the softkeys.

Dalvik and cache wipe is fine if flashing over a previous version of this ROM... Full wipe recommended from anything else.

As always... what you do with your device is soley your responsibilty. No one here is to blame for anything that may go wrong.

Let me know what you think... I will be adding more red and black to it soon. Still have a lot of theme to add but it's a start lol. Some things haven't been as cooperative as I'd like them to be but they'll come a ling with a little persuasion

Works well for me too. I have the red batt. cover on mine.

And IMO Sense 1.0 runs the best on the Incredible. It's always Sense 1 or AOSP for me. I can't stand the lag on the newer Sense based ROM's. There cool, sure, but a bit too slow.

Alright, got it up and running. Some suggestions from me would be:

1. Remove the task manager from the quick settings. It only works on the newer Sense.

2. Maybe theme the notification pulldown, transparency, or all black (EG. McSense)

3. I really love the Incredible 2/Thunderbolt 3G Icon.

4. Red overscroll glow would be neat.

5. Maybe some red on the lockscreen?

Mostly all cosmetic, fairly minor, easy changes.

Oh, and maybe some more de-bloating. EG, extra ringtones/sounds, 3G mobile hotspot can be replaced with wireless tether, Adobe reader, Facebook, Quick office. Or at maybe move them and make then (easily) removable.

one of the reasons i decided to run this rom is because i have this batt cover also ^_^

I like that battery cover... looks real nice. I just have a snap-on hard cover for mine lol
