What is AOSP?

AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.

Anyway to get a working system I added some changes from CodeAurora Forum and CyanogenMod. I added also non-AOSP features for a better user experience ("Clear All" button in Recents) and I'm NOT going to add something other.


What is OMS?

OMS (Overlay Manager Service) which was designed by google and its modded by our developers to include it into AOSP ROMs.In short,OMS is a Theme Engine replacement and it can do wonders!

How can I install it?

-Requires Unlocked Bootloader & a custom recovery


1) Place ROM & Gapps in your virtual SD

2) Reboot in Bootloader Mode

3) Go to "Recovery" (Vol -) and confirm (Vol +)

4) Wipe Data/Factory Reset

5) Wipe Dalvik cache

6) Install the ROM zip

7) Install the Gapps zip

8) Reboot

Installed, working great so far !

-there is an EMERGENCY text on the lockscreen. Should not be there on an unsecured one - the only bug i found
-default dpi too low (400), no probs
-default supersu is deprecated
-the speed is GREAT
-kernel is good, has color calibration abilities - use kernel adiutor
-substartum serttings entry is redundant, messes with the clean AOSP look
-clock has odd graphical glitches, using the play store one

this is the ROM everybody wants, clean AOSP

Yup. Also Pick-up, Wave, Wave to silence. And double tap power for camera.

Its the cyanogenmod Ambient Display. It works great, even better then the Moto one. Ofc its still only parts of the display On

Moto Display is a stock Moto app only found on stock ROMs, so it would be ambient display

Yes, you can. Just download Kernel Adiutor, go to build.prop editor, search for the line ro.sf.lcd_density and change the value for as you want.
