So I will try latest beta Magisk version (17.3) too and I will see if there will be still the problem with booting loop.
But seems to I can't install MagiskHidePropsConf module at beta Magisk release :( I install beta 17.3 Magisk with MagiskHidePropsConf module at the same time via TWRP and looks good. I mean that Magisk and module has installed fine.
Damn.. Magisk 17.3 works well for me but I think it causes some additional battery drain. Investigating...

Is there anybody who is using NFC payments with latest madOS N ROM with Google Pay? I tried but failed. Sending files between devices works without problem but payment didn't. Is possible that there is some country restriction or something else?

@Bernie_WCan you please look at MagiskHidePropsConf module configuration? I mean via some terminal after send props command? I use fingerprint from another device and got settings that you can see as a attachment.
I did the same. I took some Xiaomi fingerprint, too. I think your settings are all good. Don't forget to enable the module and then to restart again.

I would suspect that this will not work. From what I saw there are some security libs missing. Either since Mediatek didn't support them anymore after Lollipop or the ROM devs didn't implement them. This is why I stick to Lollipop.

That's a shame about using Google Pay ;( Moving to LL isn't my option and looks like any developtions is ended by MAD Team.

Guys, I'm on 8.1 rom and I need to use a banking app. I need to ask your help. Do you have a ro.build.fingerprint of our device that passes Google Certification? I plan to use Magiskprop to insert our device's certified build prop but I don't have it. I hope one of you guys have written it down before flashing custom roms.

Is it possible to change the lock screen options: I have the mic in the left corner, can I change this to phone?

Does anyone know how to do this? ^

EDIT:
Solution from other forum: Go to settings - apps, tap on the gear and select default apps. There, under assist and voice input, set assist app to none.

Anybody have a mirror for recovery.img for 7.1.2 ? Because the one in adroidfilehost doesn't work.
@superdragonpt do you have it somewhere ?

I downloaded the one from needrom, but I am getting error 11 when installing 7.1.2.

Very happy with Mad OS Nougat on Jaiyu S3+. Brings new life to an old but capable phone. Lots of cheap ($5-$7) OEM batteries still available too. Lollipop served me well except for certain bugs and unavailable features.

* Free Wifi with 6 digit alpahnumeric passwords could not be entered.
* New Bluetooth devices were unrecognized.
* New APKs required Nougat as minimum.
* Dreaded battery drain worsed over time.

MAD OS 7.1.2addressed all of the above. Moreover, I'm very pleased with the seamless behavior of AdAware, AFWall+ (Firewall), Greenify and 3C System Tuner Pro.

3C System Tuner Pro was the key for me. It virtually solved the batter drain problem (which was for the most part dealth with by MAD OS). 3C's CPU throttle during sleep works really well with setup. Daily memory cleaning and process flush makes a big difference and keeps 2GB always free for intensive applications use. Last but not least, a weekly hard reset ensures battery stats are accurate.
