What is AOSP?

AOSP is Android as Google publishes without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.

Anyway, to get a working system I added some changes from CodeAurora Forum and CyanogenMod. I also added Non-AOSP features for a better user experience ("Clear All" button in Recents) and I'm NOT going to add something other.

What is OMS?

OMS stands for Overlay Manager Service and was developed by Sony, just like RRO - so overlays could be downloaded and managed through a client.

The ROM runs great. Contains SU. Up tot now no problems.
Hope this ROM doesn't drain the battery too fast.

Thanks! Yes it has in-built supersu. But currently I have no plans to bring this ROM to Xperia M since I won't be able to maintain it.

Very nice and stable rom! Good work, i am ysing it for a day and no problems. The only few stuff i got that sometimes watching a youtube video its laggy for a second. And also i have my screen protected with a pattern password and when i wake up the screen (the phone is locked so i press the power button to check time,unlock etc) the proximity sensors lights up(red dot right to the front camera) and doesnt do anything i dont know if thats an extra feature or bug.

AOSP-OMS Nougat updated! I've fixed the camcorder issue. So this build is now ready to be used as a daily driver.

Yeah I noticed that..I'll look into it.

I know about the prox sensor bug. It's an old one seen in the stock rom as well. What I've observed is that if some app is trying to access prox sensor when the phone is waking up, the prox sesnor library is crashing and then it's being re-initialized. At reinitialization time prox sensor is on, but not reacting to anything (this state keeps for 4-5s). The app that I was using that revealed this bug was radio timer or something like this, some app that counted the data,sms, calls..

I've updated the ROM. If you can, test the update. I can't add StryFlex customizations in AOSP-OMS. StryFlex features will remain with StryFlex only! I'll look into quick lock and battery drain issue.

Try clearing data of snapchat app. If still doesn't work, take logs.
