I heard of this problem on another devices. It is usually gone after changing the following property value from true to false.
ro.securestorage.support
Download buil.prop editor from Play store and change the above property value from true to false.
You can try and let me know if it works.

Fixed it.
I changed 'Always allows scanning' to 'scan only while wi-fi is on'. Now it connects automatically when rebooted. Thanks
