Hello! Which method did you follow?
Hello, it took me an embarrassingly long while...I think I have to dig into my web history to get a real method. Don't blame me if you brick. Not sure this is exactly how, but this is what I remember.

Installed the mtk USB all in one drivers.

I flashed back to stock 7.0 using sp flasher.

It says you don't have to, but I did anyway: Unlocked bootloader through adb fastboot.

Installed magisk to v16.

Installed twrp for the 4gb version.

Then busybox.

Think that's it.
Maybe I have a systemless root? When it boots, it says that the "phone has been unlocked and can't be trusted."
I have xposed framework on it too. Not sure what it does, but trying to change to AT&T radiobands. Flash a new modem? Kernel? Buildprop edit? code Selinux?

Help me?

Hope this helps you.

Hello folks!

We have the original stock ROM for the Maze Alpha with 6 GB of RAM at last!

You can download it following this link: https://goo.gl/Sc6FDt
It let you access the folder of the Maze Mobile's GDrive account which contains the stock ROM for the Alpha with 6 GB RAM.
In that folder, you'll find the document "1.READ ME FIRST: Tutorial - How to Flash Maze Alpha.docx" which is explicitly related to the Maze_Alpha_V05_20170816 ROM for the Alpha 4GB model, but the instructions basically are the same for the 6GB model.

We have this link thanks to @kimi1465, who sent me the URL of the folder in Maze Mobile's GDrive account one week ago. I bravely flashed this ROM on my device to test it and I can say that all the troubles I had after having flashed the other ROM (which actually is for the model with 4 GB of RAM) disappeared and now my device is strong and very stable, back to life.
I'm writing this post only because @kimi1465 is not enabled to start new threads yet.

Enjoy!

Unluckily it looks like that che Maze Alpha 6GB had even less success than the 4GB model. I'd also like to have a backup ROM to flash with twrp, but so far I've seen such ROMs for the 4GB model only. And I'm not able to pack it for the 6GB.

So, if you own a 6GB model (as I suppose, since you wrote here), I'd be more than happy to get the information you also are looking for.

Otherwise, if you have a 4GB model, you can read [RECOVERY][TWRP]Here a 100% working TWRP 3.2.1 for Maze Alpha 4G and [ROM][7.0]Complete roms for Maze Alpha 4GB based on official V09.

Beware: don't ever flash a ROM for the 4GB model on a 6GB model, or it won't work well anymore (you'll need to flash the proper ROM to make it work again).

Sure you can. Maybe your Alpha would work well enough to let you re-flash the 6GB stock ROM with SPFlashTool.
If you flash a 4GB ROM on a Alpha 6GB, do expect at least sudden reboots, because it will eventually mess with RAM management.
