I'm working on CyanogenMod 14 for armani. It's immature at the moment, and needs some work, but it will get there in time. I'm providing early preview builds for the curious.

What's not working :

• Camera

Instructions :

• Download the latest build and GApps
• Reboot to recovery
• Flash the latest build and GApps
• Reboot

If you want to go back to your previous ROM

• Wipe Cache , System , data
• Flash the firmware file that rom supports
• Flash the ROM zip
• Reboot

Note: It is the firmware CyanogenMod supports and all users are expected to be on this very firmware. So it's mandatory that you flash this firmware via TWRP if you're newly installing CM.
You need to flash this zip only once. In case you installed MIUI and then wanna install CM back, reflash the following firmware.
You don't need to reflash this everytime you update you CyanogenMod build.

Reporting Bugs

• DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
• Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)

Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q) How can I unlock Developer options?
A) Go to Settings > About phone, and press five times on Build number.

Q) How can I enable root access?
A) Go to Settings > Developer options > Root access, and enable it for apps, adb or both.

Q) How can I set '3G only' network mode?
A) Open dialer, dial *#*#4636#*#* , open first option "Phone Information", there you can set your preferred network mode.

Q) How do I update GApps? (Also useful if you have GApps related problems).
A) Reboot to recovery. Wipe System, Cache and Dalvik Cache. Install ROM + GApps. (Yes, without rebooting). Reboot.

Q)Default File Manager unable to access sdcard , asking for root!
A) CM file manager has some issues at the moment use any third party file manager for now.

Q)Display shows yellow tint!
A)Go to settings>Display>Live Display>Turn Off.

actually i haven't seen my logs about camera , was quite busy but users spamming my chat lead me to create this thread.
Camera will be fixed very soon.

Mobile data not working for me

Make sure you are on latest firmware and try doing a restart or doing a clean install again. Mobile Data works fine and i have tested on many carriers and it works fine.

I have installed this ROM this morning. came from MIUI 8 global developer latest ROM. At first i installed with a wipe of dalvik, system and data and didnt install the framework which was posted below. After that wiped all ,even storage in twrp then installled the framework then the rom and gapps.
Mobile data isnt working. Have tried many times flashing. Still i am unable to find the error. Other than that everything is smooth . Havent checked battery. Hoping it gives me more than marshmallow. Long live armani!! Cheers to the developer! Peace.

Check your apn settings.

Please fix the according things in this thread:
1. I don't think we need the [armani] in the thread name, there's only the 1s being discussed in this forum.
2. Add UNOFFICIAL to the thread name, as well as the date of the last release and please remove "for XIaomi Redmi 1s", again that isn't needed.
3. Add information about this firmware you have linked, if it is from MIUI then which version of MIUI did you get it from exactly. If somebody is not please with your beta and wants to go back to fefifofum's version, you are creating another step for them (reinstalling the last firmware linked in that thread). If it is the same file, mention it, if not, mention it.
