Did you manage to find a solution to this? Just flashed the Aug 20th build on my phone and saw you had the issue once upon a time.
Will it work in other phone with this CPU like Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 MTK ?
Could you tell me if the rom can be flashed on other phone like my redmi note 4 mtk if it can it would be good to see it wirh android 7

It's the wrong place here & a waste of time
You can use "google search" and you will find various guides "porting helio X20" for various devices
Apart from this, development on this thread is dead for a long time

Installation Instructions:
- Download ROM from M.A.D. Facebook
OR via xda DevDB
- Download OpenGapps nano or pico from OpenGapps
(choose Arm64 and Android 7.0 / Android 7.1 / Android 7.1.x -Depending on the rom build you downloaded)
- Download BeansGapps MINI from BeansGapps
(choose the MINI Package)
- Boot to recovery
- Wipe data if you are not coming from AOSP N /madOS already
- Install rom
- Reboot to recovery again, and Flash your desire Gapps and SuperSU if you need root
