Nope. They aren't same. They are totally different. LeEco Dolby atoms is much much better than that K3/k4 Dolby atmos. Surround virtualiser really works in the way it is meant to be. You will feel the difference. Here is the link-

I had other Dolby atmos and was stuck in force close again wiped/data entire ROM and flashed with clean but still getting force close .... Have you tried in this ROM ?
If you have an older dolby atoms probably dap_r6.5, try this uninstaller https://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=13553 before flashing LeEco Dolby atoms or alternatively, you may try uninstalling it with 'system app safe remover' app.
And I am using Letv atmos in this ROM currently but its a bit old version since I am too lazy to update it?. If latest version is FC, try this- https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxlY-VYiFXU7dUZrRVlfQlh1VGs/view (the version I use).

Sometimes dual SIM won't work properly , if there is no network coverage sim gets disabled and it won't gets enabled automatically when the coverage is available. I have to restart the phone to effect it.

Call option is disabled and it takes only one SIM. When the coverage is back it won't showing dual option
