Just like any other rom on any other phone.
Full wipe System, cache/dalvik, etc via your recovery (TWRP for example)

Then just install the zip package via your recovery and u r good 2 go.

IMO it's rather pointless to look for flashing instructions or a howto if the ROM (well, the kernel itself) is undergoing heavy porting & development

and basic features are still missing.

Save yourself the grief and stress and wait until it is ready for consumption.

cause this statement is solely based on the ROM + new 4.4 kernel base

No it's not, actually this thread should be closed. I don't see what's the point of it, no download, no developer, not updated since early 2017, nothing works, some random guys asking to join telegram and offer you cookies.
