How is this build different from OFFICIAL builds?
This Build has OMS (Overlay Manager Service) support which Substratum application uses to apply themes.
Also there is a patch to allow Audio Mod's to run in Enforcing SeLinux.
All the repositories changed are open sourced. You can track them here.
Here is the manifest in case you want to build yourself.

Do you plan to include 24 bit audio?

There are 2 options on build.prop: "16bit= false" and "24bit=false"; make them true and it should become 24 bit

The best thing that no need to flash firmware. So VoLTE will work in seconday rom using DualBoot Patcher.
Edit: volte not working in secondary rom.
