Is this ROM work for htc desire 816t(a5tl) ? I use HTC desire 816t phone, I hope I can use this amazing ROM.

Did you wipe /data (without wiping/data/media) when you installed?
If you didn't that could cause slow charging or short battery life.
If you did wipe data, have you installed many apps? Are you using apps which sync background data like Google apps (gapps) ?
I don't use my phone a whole lot... I have once now gotten over three days from one charge on this ROM without even putting it in airplane mode overnight.

I think my phone recognise my wall charger is a USB charger . Because I check by ampere software it show "USB max curr." is 500mAh. And the value of "min" and "max" is 350mAH.
Or the kernel is bad for my phone?

You can flash it. You might need to install the APN

I've has wall chargers show up as usb too.
Some of them don't announce themselves correctly. Only a couple of chargers I own handle my HTC devices well, others will let my evo or a5 die while on the charger (stock rom can guzzle your battery like a champ!)
I have a battery pack with a 2 amp outlet that works fantastic on my a5. Might look into something with a respectably high output current.
Even if you change the max current draw for usb in the kernel, which I've tried on another phone, it won't get over 500mA from most computers (every one I've tested won't go higher.)

Thank you! My phone is work well!
No mic, bottom speaker and slow charge error because a socket in hardware is bad. When i disassembly it and put that socket again everything are ok!
All problems b/c the hardware. The rom very good!

There is no way i know of to change radio power levels. Here in the central US they are phasing out 2g completely, and it is always a slow network type, even compared to old 3g phones.

But the Internet and the antenna problem I had not in stock rom
But when install cm 13 cm 14 this problem created in my radio network system so please fix this radio problem

Sorry, stock rom works differently than custom.
It has all kinds of different control over how the radio is configured and works, including prl and profile updates.
There is little to no control over radio functions in a custom rom, beyond just getting the blasted thing to talk to the telephone networks at all.
If the radio functions aren't satisfactory in the custom roms you may be stuck with using stock.
Or maybe fish around the forum and find a custom rom version that does work for you.

I use Vodafone 2G and it works very good. What can bigsupersquid do if u use slow data plans, it is your area's fault and your provider's fault also

It's not that you did anything "wrong," you just can't ask for fixes without complete logs (in this case radio logs) and especially in cases where I can't replicate the issues because of not using the service type.
At work after diagnostics we often have to tell customers the hardware and software all pass and function as expected, some issues are from cell service providers.
As far as comparing roms to other roms, whether stock or custom, if you have to have certain features that only work in one... then you're stuck with that rom.
Fixing things, hey, that's why it's an open source project. I've mostly kept my device and vendor tree up to date and buildable. Feel free to submit pull requests to me or LineageOs when you figure out how to fix the laggy 2g connection issue.

@bigsupersquid I'm on your latest build 31-12-16, everything seems to work perfectly right now. Previously shareit was not working but it is also working right now. The best experience ever on cm14.1, even battery backup seems good right now. No storage issues, 2G-3G seems to work perfectly. Yeah I'm missing theme engine but thats not issues, themes consume a lot of space. One issue is there, while I'm on an active call the screen turns off but when I put my phone down, the sensor creates problem, I've to press power button to turn on the screen even that also dosen't work always, takes 3-4sec to turn on, check if it works on A5

Nope, my proximity sensor seems to work like it should. Screen off when phone by ear, comes back on when set down, repeats. Maybe an app causing some lag? Got a log?

Okk I'll try to get log and just now I tried A5UL rom, no network on my phone, even I restored A5DWG boot img then also no network:crying:

Chl uses ul rom.

I couldn't get service with the dwg rom on my chl either. If i could I'd probably reunify the build to get it down to one zip file instead of two for every release.

Okkk try it, that will be great if only one build is made for both the single and dual sim devices.
