Which TWRP you guys using, because I can't install this Rom?
After boot animation I got massage, can't load data, restart phone and after restart he goes in TWRP again.
I'm using batik recovery , here is the link
@rpdroky

hi again... did you make some changes to the kernel or in the LOS 14.1 installation itself?
Yes because i'm a idiot and fogot to change the kernel back to stock when i build the rom , my kernel has set default governor from interactive to conservative , changed default io scheduler from CFQ to BFQ , bumped the GPU max freqency from 650 to 700mhz ( this is the default on most msm8953 motorola devices ) and disabled ODEX to reduce the rom size a little ( this one is unrelated to kernel )

I will replace the build today with the pure stock one , sorry for the inconvenience , the link will be the same ;)

Cheers :highfive:

That 700MHz commit doesn't work properly? 650MHz is still max freq.

It would be nice if you use stock device and kernel trees. Thanks :)

Pure LOS14.1 with December security patch level.

    lineage-14.1-20181219-UNOFFICIAL-mido.zip

Format the data if you are downgrading from LOS15/LOS16.0 builds (or any current oreo/pie ROM).

    I recommend the official TWRP.

    Kernel recommendations:
    1. Shinsoo kernel
    2. Franco nougat kernel, with r15 changes and working zRAM (read description)
    Franco:

    Enjoy the best/smoothest experience.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 7 (Nougat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review.

I'll take this post for further updates. I am currently working on a OTA alternative for these unofficial builds. Nothing has been stripped or added or modified and it will never be. It will be as it would be in LineageOS 14.1.
