[ROM][7.1.2]AOKP Nougat [official]

Hi I need help installing it on brand new p9000. The old one with broken screen I made TWRP backup of it via script and moved data to pc. And now I would like to restore it on not broken phone.

Do someone has the correct stock that has to be overwritten with aokp? what about booloader stuff. I did it so long ago that I cannot remember how to do that.

I tried flashing stock Elephone_P9000_20170904, booting once and then twrp3.3.1, flashing latest nightly and I got stuck on aokp logo with bootloop even before animation started. Anyone experienced it as well?

I also had on drive 20160304_c239v55_dx_3, 20160810_c239v55_dx_1 and Elephone-P9000_20160315. None of them even work (screen liths up bo no image - on one of them I got sound when it booted but I cannot see ****. same in TWRP.

Which rom should I use as a base? What about bootloader? Thanks

Are your sur you have the p9000 ? Not p9000e
I advise you to make a clean flash on your New p9000

Yup 100% sure p9000 not E version....
EDIT=> for F-droid sake it is E model. I thought E stands for EDGE since there is such a version. But on the box it clearly says P9000E. So I guess there would have to be separate port for this cuz there might be some differences betweeen the models P9000/P9000E. Damn. So I guess I will just take the screen off it.

I am trying to clean flash and it failed so far... Exact steps I make:
1. Flashing 20160810_c239v55_dx_1 via SP_FLASH_TOOLS [I've read somewhere that I have to start with Android v 6.0 - It is 6.0]
2. Booting once [To make the next step working]
3. Flashing twrp-3.3.1-0-p9000.img via SP_FLASH_TOOLS [Latest! Booting once detects storage correctly (or I am completely wrong)]
If I don't boot stock once then storage space is around 2,5Gig. If I boot once storage is around 25Gigs (so all internal).
MTP somehow doesnt work with this 6.0 stock so I put aokp on sdcard and:
4. Factory reset in TWRP
5. Flashing aokp_p9000_nougat_nightly_2019-06-06_ota.zip
6. Wipe dalvik & cache
7. shell => sync && reboot

and BAM it worked this time! Booting doesnt got stuck on logo the animation is on. I guess it will work now. I was dirty flashing that was it

The ROM seems a bit unstable some minor lags and . And what is more important I have no MTP working. Under stock it works fine.

I tried to flash:
20160304_c239v55_dx_3 [black screen just ilumination on]
20160608_c239v55_dx_2 [black screen just ilumination on]
Elephone_P9000_20160224_6.0 [black screen just ilumination on]
Elephone-P9000_20160315 [black screen just ilumination on]

20160810_c239v55_dx_1 [The only one that allows me to boot AOKP but MTP is not working neither adb]
Elephone_P9000_20170904 [Bootloop on elephone logo]

Any advices?

Look here https://www.elephone.hk/downloads

At the top rom for p9000E and at the botom rom for p9000. Th p9000 and p9000E are different. I have two p9000 and with the first caméra don't work on aokp with the second work great.

I am with a courious issue. Im pretty sure that I have in my hands a P9000 phone, and when I checked the model at system configuration, I read P9000.

But now, when I am trying to install this ROM, the terminal says:

"E3004 This package is for device: p9000, P9000, c239v55_dx; this device is M2.
E: unknown command [log]
Updater process finished with ERROR: 7"

Before I had a 6.0 Android version. I don't know exactly the ROM I had but now is full wipped, is a test phone so.. :good:

Any idea fellas?

Are you sure about your android 6 rom and are you sure aboutt your aokp rom ?

I have the good android 6 rom I look and tell you

Give screenshot of settings where p9000 is printed and also a pic of the phone. Maybe we know more then...

Hi tribual i see there are some oreo builds for our device on github but two jears ago maybe never finished even a aokp8 build is there any chance to see a running oreo on our device?:fingers-crossed::good:

Could somebody reupload last AOKP version? All links dead.. :(

EDIT: Last existant build found on webarchive is "aokp_p9000_nougat_nightly_2019-10-24_ota.zip"

EDIT2: (found on sourceforge, but all files are gone, not sure why they do this..!)

    For me YouTube is working ok. But I use it not so much. Just make a backup and test it yourself. And tell me.

    I self quote, I've solved by change parameters in "RecordVol_AudioParam.xml"

    in /system/etc/audio_param/
    open with your preferite editor "RecordVol_AudioParam.xml"

    at the end of file, set value=80 like this:
