I tried it yesterday. Safetynet did not pass on this rom using magisk v13 latest beta. Instead my apps started to crash on start. I had to uninstall magisk and flash the rom again to resolve the issue.

Have you noticed any bugs? I dont want to try OS with many bugs as it is my only phone.

No need for magisk guys, safety net works out of the box...but you have to be rootless!

We have a patch in kernel that hides su binary from other applications but i don't know if it actually works as i don't use root.
I guess yes,you better wait for stable magisk.

BTW why do you need root? Just curious.

I have tried Pokemon Go and is tooooo lagged, unplayable at all. Also, system crashes
and sometimes I have to reboot the phone. I remember CM12.1 doing it better but I don't know how that was possible!?

No guys, here's the thing.

LineageOS out of the box has no root. In Root Access under Developer Options you'll have "Disabled" and "ADB", disabled by default.

If you want full root, you flash this https://mirrorbits.lineageos.org/su/addonsu-14.1-arm-signed.zip and then you get "Apps & ADB" option in Developer settings.
Then when you need SafetyNet pass, go to dev options, put it to Disabled and you are good to go.

Actually i don't need root (just for remove some system apps, that's all), i need Netflix to work

If someone want to quickly turn off/on root from developer options install iSu then you can add tile

Hi. Clean installed rc1 on aqua. Everything is very nice .. Pokemon go works like a charm(better than I thought on this phone) IMHO it's fully playable.. just make sure this app is on internal storage not on SD.. it make huge difference in my case as I have some ****ty slow SD card..

Two days of testing and I havr to say that the latest RC works really well.

Pokemon GO thing, I reinstalled it and now works better. I'm on the village so maybe it depends on how many objets has to load.

Anyway, for me it doesn't matter Pokemon Go, nobody in my country plays since last summer, that was just for testing. All is working like charm!

Do I have to wipe data before updating to rc1??
Cuz I have moved som apps to system and dont know if their data make conflicts or bootloop after upgrading
