@rodman01 I think the issue is that 3.0.2-1 is no longer available on the TWRP website. I've also searched my files but don't have a copy anymore.

But i have already problem with sim card.
It a bit weird because i'm able to detect ISP (orange, bouygues and sfr) when i go to "settings->wireless and networks->more->cellular networks->network operators". But, i'm unable to receive or send data (sms, internet, ...). It said : "no service".
I would like try with RR-5.8.3, but didn't find it.

But you can make calls and mobile data is working? Will say sim card is detected and sim pin can be inserted?
no, i can't make call and there is no data mobile. but sim card is detected and i can enter pin code.
Maybe you can it with changing the modem, or try to install lineageos 13 or 14.1 first and if calls etc are working then RR again (doing factory reset as well). Another check could be inserting the sim card into another device, to see whether the sim is not broken.

Then I have no idea anymore, I am sorry. Maybe a modem change can be worth a try, but if you have done factory resets and all installing instructions, I am lost. Is any custom rom working propper?
Are you sure the handset isn't still network locked? Sounds similar to issues I've been having of late. With RR installed it allows unlock code input and reports unlock successful but the phone is locked. Reinstalled stock ROM still get to enter code but it reports unlock unsuccessful. Phone company tell me that it is now permanently locked to them because I changed the ROM
The Phone company lied! Managed to downgrade to 4.1.1 and used that unlocking method, Phone is now unlocked and I couldn't be happier
If someone is having problem with magisk manager (Abnormal state. Running this app as a system app is not supported. Please revert the app to a user app.) Just flash this rom, reboot, go back to recovery, mount system, go to file manager, go to system/app and delete magisk manager here, then reboot and you will have magisk as user app.

Sammy version was originally "born", because some users had problems with ril and mobile data/3G, as well as gps with the normal version. On sammy versions problems had been gone. Now its "only" a variant, which "causes" minor changes, in my opinion. The screen colors are a bit different and hwc and/or other media related things are different. The touch behavior in unlocking the lockscreen, as well as in recents and also during swiping notifications away, is different.
General Differences:
Sammy versions are build with some other repos, mostly or more based on original Samsung drivers and other blobs. Therefore I am using the original nameless repos, with some minor changes in sepolicy and ril. Differences by user experiences / opinions (Marshmallow Versions):
- battery charging time on normal version seems to be (much? - to be evaluated) longer than with RR v5.7.2 Sammy.

New version is ready and uploaded. Based on today RR 7.1.2 sources.
Its compiled with stratonz boeffla kernel, which is set to permissive by default.
All credits go to @stratonz press his thanks button please.
But:
The inbuild rom kernel is not 100% the same as his stand alone. So the boeffla config app is not working with the kernel coming with the rom. If you really need to tweak the kernel, please use stratonz stand alone kernel and flash it on top.
Please do a clean and new flash and use newest open gapps. Apps restore via google play had not worked for me. But with banks gapps the setup assistant crashed.
First boot will take a bit, so please be patient and drink some coffees.....
