Anyone encounter when you try to install from a .apk file ang you cannot tap install? It was working before but now it won't. I can only tap cancel.

I installed Adaway apk without any problem. Did you dirty flash or clean flash?

Can I totally replace the built-in launcher with something else (thinking of Trebuchet)? Since I don't use Gapps the Google icon is somewhat distracting lol.

Btw I don't have superuser :3 is that because I didn't root my device before installing this rom? I directly flashed Lollipop bootloader, modem, TWRP, then the rom, without any rooting first.

And finally awesome rom already recommended another friend to try this out.

Since this rom is AOSP based rom, so the default launcher is not the trebuchet launcher. You may install Nova launcher or any other launcher from play store. You can install trebuchet launcher from LineageOS as system app but I don't know whether it will work correctly.

The ROM doesn't have root, if you want install SuperSu or Magisk
