Can't download it either, it says "no mirrors found". Keep refreshing the page it'll eventually let you download the ROM.
I can start the download, but the download speed is terrible, around 200-50kb/sec and sometimes the whole download freezes for few mins.
I guess they have something wrong on the server side.
You get that message when flashing any custom rom its normal.
The reason it doesn't work is because this rom is not for your device. Its for j5 2015 and you have j2 2016.
Read the op before flashing files!

Now with that link, and the info on that page (clearly stating 5.1.1), knowing that 5.x is LP, and 6.x is MM, what bootloader do you think you have?
Yes. The title says, j500, which is the 2015 version of the j5. Simple google search would have told you this, if not looking at the surrounding threads in this subsection or the title of this subsection.
