@EsromG5 : The patch which Sound shared is most likely the same patch from the LineageOS 14.1 which he shared. The patch itself is the CM13 kernel.

Yes... Assuming it boots.
Someone must test and report if it boots or not.

Bugs and general impressions- in call audio
Video recording 1080p camera stops. 720 p video starts and stops. 420p camera screen gets corrupted.
Can't take screenshots...as after clicking screenshots seconds later soft reboot happened and data stopped working. After reboot data started working.4g is working.Volte is not.Haven't checked substratum as I haven't been able to access my SD card. It says that it requires elevated root access. Used to get same msg in lineage os as well.(idkw?) Ram management is good.Avg is 580 withought gapps and any other external apps while running 5 apps . Battery backup is good.Full on features.
Booted on the boot.img provided by sound. It's same as lineage os. I think there's still some prblm in nougat kernel.What else?? WiFi is broken, Bluetooth isn't.

Agree and sd card can be accessed by using es file manager or any other file manager even without root but not by cm...

I found something interesting in that source code, which helped me find a necessary commit for a part of the source code of the Wi-Fi driver that I had commented before.??
