How to install:​

1. Download LineageOMS.
2. Install the lastest version of TWRP
3. Do Wipes: Cache, Dalvik, Data y System
4. Flash the ROM
5. If you installing over marshmallow flash firmware update.
5. Reboot!
Wait five minutes (more or less) and...
You will have Lineage OMS installed!

The only small problem that comes to my mind is that if the flashing problem succed(cause maybe the install script check the device is wrong and stop the procces) then you will have a bricked device. Dude seriously go to note 4 mtk threads those are different devices.
