its ok, but if i were you instead of asking i would try the rom myself. I gave the rom a shot and i have been using it scince 2 months, by the way im not even thinking going back to stock.
normally I would not hesistate to try a potentially better rom and not worry about minor differences in picture quality and such, but I was curious on behalf of my friend whose priority is the camera and needs my help to do the whole flashing process. I don't have a P9 myself to try this rom at will :(

The ROM is great, but picture quality is night and day... You CANNOT get better quality from an open source alternative compared to a co-engineered OEM ROM camera app. Performance is better than stock, battery life is not.. and neither will see Oreo...
My opinion, stay on stock and use xposed.

I've installed resurrection remix and it's not working pretty well (awful battery life, the camera doesn't work and it is pretty buggy)
but this rom its working pretty cool, camera it's working, it doesn't have any bugs (not that I've noticed), and the battery life is pretty decent (I'm using greenify with aggressive doze, and overnight it consumed like 3%) with normal usage you get through the day.
the only thing that's not working 100% it's the video playback but it only has problems with 60 fps (720/1080)videos, on 30 fps all qualities are working fine.I think that's a sacrifice I want to make for all the benefits
Hi, there
Can this ROM support the effect of Bokeh in camera?

It doesn't

So it doesn't have the Wide Aperture feature right? Maybe because it uses a different camera app. Just maybe. Lol.

The only things not working are video playback over 60 fps (720p/1080) and I would like better battery life and camera improvements because when I try to use the camera on Instagram it crashes same on WhatsApp, and the battery life it's almost normal but needs some more work to do.

I like this rom, but after I installed it, my Huawei p9 is getting really hot while using or charging. I dont know what I have done wrong. Also the batterie is draining fast.

If sb. has a solution, it would be nice.

Hi, is it possible to install this ROM in L19-B393?

---------- Post added at 05:43 AM ---------- Previous post was at 05:19 AM ----------

I get this error while installing:

UPDATE PROCESS ENDED WITH ERROR: 7
Error installing zip file '/external_sd/lineage-14.1-20170717-UNOFFICIAL-eva.zip'

Is this because I'm on L19-b393 not B386 or maybe i didn't copy the file correctly from pc to sd
Send help
