I read somewhere about Verizon users having to manually input there apn. Not sure if that applies to all builds but worth a shot.

If you come from another ROM,

Firstly - You will flash latest Google's Factory Image ( N2G48B )

and then,

• Factory Reset and
• Flash PureZ ROM Zip
• Flash Latest Radio and Bootloader
• Reboot
• Done

i come from official 7.1.2 N2G48B, That's why i had lastest radio, vendor and bootloader.
Equally i flash again bootloader, radio and vendor.

I install twrp, wipe system, data, cache etc, flash purez 5.0 and sim dont run and baseband dont appear.

The only way for me was a dirty update, from official N2G48B, wipe system, cache, and install purez5.0. this is the only way for me that sim error dont appear.

Can you think of another solution for install 5.0 in clean install after wipe system and data?

If you coming from Stock 7.1.2_N2G48B,
No need to wipe "system partition".
Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
My PureZ is based on Google's Stock 7.1.2_N2G48B.
