They work on Oreo with aosp of new based rom.

So it's not discontinued... Discontinued is when the ROM won't continue in anyway, in this case going to update to AOSVP v4.0 (8.1.0 Oreo)...

I just factory reset from zcx twrp recovery and flashed this rom and pico gapps and magisk. Everything working great.
Just need security patches for this year. Im using 158 apps with magisk and xposed and even substratum works. No random reboots or anything.

Just tested installed this rom found Default camera video not working & it's f.close...

Solved : MIUI camera 1.5 is works

After install latest firmware than return install this rom back it did not work stuck on google login with black screen and no nextstep after that at first boot...i flash other Nougat rom is OK, what's problem ??

Anyone here experienced no sound on this rom? I've clean flash this rom. firmware>viper rom>gapps>kernel>magisk. I even tried to redo it without firmware and kernel still no sound. Any one knows how to fix it?

Had this same issue back when I used this device... Here's how I fixed it - - - Flash Nougat firmware with Mi Flash tool..., then flash TWRP, and then flash Viper ROM... No more sound issues ?
