I suggest the same way you installed TWRP the first time, for example:
fastboot flash FOTAKernel <twrp.img>
or / and
fastboot flash recovery <twrp.img>

The problem is a had another phone and a trade that forma this Z3, and it was already rooted and all so i dont know haha

question, i currently have the stock 6.0.1 build 570 on a D6653. This rom is just 300Mb+. I am pretty sure i would need the stock 7.0.1. Can somebody point me where I could download that? Thanks a lot!

Correct me, but the update rollout for Z3 ended with Stock Android 6 Marshmallow.
If you want 7 Nougat, you've to chose a CustomROM - like AiM.

This ROM can't be considered a "Stable" version. It has too many relevant bugs, the same of all others Nougat ROMs for Z3:

1 - brightness bug;

2 - Slow charge;

3 - Phone discharge while charging after battery reach 40°C (that reach quite ever form warm up);

4 - Idle huge battery drain;

5 - High Warm Up;

6 - Bad management of Governor settings (little lags everywhere, menù and simple games too).

This ROM is a really good work, but sorry i can't consider this as a stable. These bug are too relevant and lead to system instability. There will be a solution for all this or at least for idle battery drain and lag?

When I try to adb remount, I get an error message:

adb: unable to connect for root: device unauthorized.
This adb server's $ADB_VENDOR_KEYS is not set
Try 'adb kill-server' if that seems wrong.
Otherwise check for a confirmation dialog on your device.

Certainly I have enable root access for ADB and apps.

How can I fix this issue?

Viper4Android driver disabled

Hello!

After enabling module ViPER4Android FX in Magisk Manager, I have installed apk "ViPER4Android_FX_v2505_A7.x_Nougat_IO_test_fix.apk" (latest version) and finally rebooted the device.
However, when I check the driver status in ViPER4Android, I get this info:
Driver Version: 2.5.0.4
NEON Enabled: No
Enabled: No
Status: Abnormal
Audio Format: Unsupported
Processing: No
Sampling Rate: 0
Please check screenshot for details.

How can I fix this issue?
