First, you need the right firmware for your device.
We have no idea on what you have. If you have the X722, be very careful about flashing firmware, alot of people have bricks due to flashing the wrong firmware.

It is not firmware, its encryption, most likely.

• First, make sure your Twrp is the latest : https://twrp.me/Devices/LeEco/ and try flashing again. If you experience the same issue you will need to do a "Full" wipe.
• Full in this case format your storage, reboot to recovery, and choose advanced wipe ( you should already know what to select here) Now you should be able to flash without issue.
