i dont have such issue, did you clean installed , if not go to twrp wipe data,system,cache,dalvik cache and clean install

Yes I've clean installed it with full wipe (except storage) but I've had it... I've installed another rom for test now but I'll try to install this once more.

Upd. Yes, I've reinstalled rom and it's working just fine. But i have another problem - magisk detected system root and because of it my bank client can't be used with fingerprint even if I've hidden root from it... Is it possible to implement systemless root or build this rom without root at all? Thanks!
