For some reason it won't let me install apps from unknown sources and yes, I have the option from the security menu activated. When I open the APK and click on Next, the Install button appears but no matter how many times I tap on it or how much I wait, nothing happens, werid thing is that it is not frozen as I can click on cancel and the installation is cancelled.

Edit: it was caused by Navbar Apps' draw over apps permission.

Same here. But at my side it was caused by an app, which rounds the corners.

Just use a 1000mA charger for instance.
If you use a QC 2 or QC 3 charger, you wil get QC.

Ok will try it. What Bean Gapps do you guys use? With BeansGapps-Full-7.1.x-20170610 my google play keeps crashing.

Found a solution see below

Battery drain here is huge and the Z2 PRO is feeling very warm.
I've used this version

BeansGapps-Full-7.1.x-20170610

and I am also getting Google play crashes.
I even wiped cache + dalvik but didn't help.
I also noticed that I had issues setting up my google account. I had to this through the settings-accounts. Was not possible through any google app.
Next what I found strange is that my apps were not downloaded automatically.
Other thing I noticed is a strange popping sound coming out of the speakers. It's very annoying.

At this moment my phone is not very usable so I an trying a reflash.

So the battery drain was mainly due Google Play services from BeansGapps-Full-7.1.x-20170610 and also crashing constantly - not syncing - loosing connection to google.. I am not sure you will experience the same if you use the mini version instead of the Full.
Anyway I didn't try the BeansGapps mini and went for the OpenGapps nano version(open_gapps-arm64-7.1-nano-20170722) and this solved my problems.
Finally I can use my phone.

Folks calm down, no need to become impatient. Don't forget that the guys on XDA do all of this without getting regularly paid for this. Most of them sacrifice their spare time to work on the ROMs. Hence please don't ask for ETAs and more specifically do not apply pressure.

For me this ROM is better than the RR ROM for many reasons :
- officially supported on Zuk Z2 Pro
- no chinese apps/services pre-installed
- let you install or not magisk or other root app

I've only notice 2 minor bugs :
- as already said, phone starts when plugged on AC adapter
- google camera app crashes after update (as in RR). You have to uninstall updates and unset autoupdate for google camera

Tempted to install this one in order to have french speaking ROM but I've seen some of you reporting shorter battery life and less good camera's picture quality compared to stock ZUI 2.5.445ST (locked bootloader).
Could some of you give me more feedback on this?

Flash Resurrection Remix v 5.83 instead. You'll get pretty much all the benefits of this ROM (and more) minus the battery drain. Sadly, it's not officially updated as far as I know, and you'll have to remove a few Chinese apps, but it works like a charm in any case, and you'll have an abundance of options.
