Installations

* you should have already updated your device to EMUI 5.x B360 !
* your fingerprints registered must be deleted in order to switch to RROS !
* please use the last update of TWRP !
* please format data via TWRP and reboot again to TWRP
( if data is not available, please format again data and reboot to TWRP )
- perform a factory reset
- install RROS 7.1.2
- optional install Gapps
- install vendor.img :
( copy vendor.img to InternalStorage "sdcard" and type :
adb shell
dd if=/sdcard/vendor.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/vendor )
- reboot
- enjoy !!!

It's clearly stated in the OP that 4G and Camera are not yet fully functional.

And "maybe" camera quality will always be better in stock rom.

Do i really need latest twrp from Nougat? On EMUI 5 i installed latest twrp and i can't Boot in in! Only twrp 3.0.2 in EMUI 4.1 is Working for me (bln-l21)

Yes, as is already state into OP, you need to run EMUI 5.x on your device along with the TWRP by @OldDroid ... Nothing less and nothing more

yes install sucessefull, working greate, i have LTE too have no bug with. only Gallery missing for me.
