What I did was when I flashed before boot up I inserted sim into slot 2 and then booted up and then switched sim card and I got lte

Yes thanks for answer. I have next bug. When i copy files from pc to phone with usb cable - phone reboot From sd card to internal storage - this same problems. I cant copy files.

I have the same problem with my EVA-L19 (data EXT4, with f2fs it doesn't boot after power off)! Any fix to this?
Anyway, great work with RR!!

EDIT: It starts to reboot istantanely since i tried to install apps from the play store or restore a backup from TitaniumBackup, so now the rom isn't usable

So the rom is unusable, but "Anyway, great work with RR!!" ? WTF?
The dude released 10 roms, none of them works properly... Don't get the thing with "great work". Would be so much better to release one but that works.
Go back to stock and leave this crap.

Yes the best rom for p9. I back to emui b397 and wait to fix this or gzosp. Regards

If u paid attention to the install instructions it would install fine I had this running perfect on my p9 since he released the update and flashed back to stock emui with no issues u just have to know what u r doing

Ok, but I changed data from f2fsto ext4, then wiped chance, system, dalvik and so flash vendor, RR and gapps. I followed exactly what surdu said and I have no idea how to fix those reboots

U have nothing I there about wiping internal in twrp. That's where u ****ed up

Nothing changed wiping internal, data, cache, dalvik and system

Read OP. In OP is only factory reset. Factory reset this is data cache and dalvik nothing more

I followed what surdu said in this post for the new update. I'll try one more time with only factory reset with more attention in the whole process, but I did it already some time ago and nothing changed

Please go again to TWRP, change data from F2FS to EXT4, - reboot device again to TWRP and perform a full wipe including system, data , cache & dalvik, now just install the new update & vendor.zip & Gapps ... you'll see there is no randomly reboot anymore and all working like expected ... you can also boot device successfully after was in power off mode . Also there is no issue about FPS or camera video recording !

In twrp format internal storage before u flash it removes encryption on internal storage then to GI back to emui you hand to hwota or restore a stock backup I did it multiple times with no issues

Just tried another time with factory reset and reboots still are the major issue. Unfortunately I have to be on stock rom, waiting for a fix

U guys r not doing something right because ice flashed back and forth between this and bluewei and I have no issues whatsoever

Yes, i trust you, but clearly the installation guide missed some steps or prerequisites because I've followed it many times and always reboots reappear on EXT4 and no power on (after power off) on f2fs
