But can i update the rom using OTA? or no OTA for this ROM?

OTA is not work for update, its only work for checked update available for this rom. for update this rom, u must download update zip, and flash it again.

GAPPS is only install for the first time then update by google play store.

This is ROM update setting is still the same not change. Dont worry.

If you from 5.7.4 or another rom you must full wipe and factory reset for clean everything.

If you already 5.8.0 just wipe cache and dalvik cache and flash the rom.

By the way when i found the BIG BUG i try to clean everything for sure.

Build 20161224 bugs:
1. Client hotspot stil 0 when its use by 2 or more clients
2. SD card space not refreshed after some items in SD card deleted. ex SD card free 2gb, then i delete 1gb for more space free, this SD storage free space status stil only 2gb. its need restart, after restart, SD card status going real, its 3gb free. please fix it, then i no need restart to refresh SD card space status on my Xperia ZL
