What is Exynos4 Team?
The Exynos4 team is composed of the current T0LTE/T0LTEKOR maintainers for both LineageOS and Resurrection Remix. (@Option58, @kozmo21 and @PoisonNinja)

What are the differences between official/unofficial builds?
These are more like the bleeding edge builds. Upcoming changes/fixes will show up here first, and then they might (or might not) eventually make it into Lineage official. So, if you want the latest and greatest changes for the Note 2, flash this instead of official. While we try to guarantee stability, these builds will be less stable than official builds.

Due to LineageOS rules, if you are switching between official and unofficial builds you will have to clean flash.

Installation
  1. Read the FAQ to familiarize yourself with any issues that may come up
  2. Make sure you're using the latest TWRP version (3.1.1)
  3. Download the latest build for your variant. MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE CORRECT VARIANT! See below to find out which download to use.
  4. Copy it to the phone, preferably on internal storage
  5. Factory reset in TWRP (Very important! Do not skip)
  6. Flash unofficial LineageOS 14.1
  7. Flash Gapps
  8. Optional: Flash root package
  9. Reboot
  10. Be patient. The first boot will take between 5 - 15 minutes.
  11. Set up everything and reboot again to get radio working
  12. See the FAQ to avoid common issues

For updates, it's OK to dirty flash. If you experience any issues however, it is recommended that you clean flash.
