[ROM][7.1.2][T0LTE/T0LTEKOR]Unofficial LineageOS 14.1 by Exynos4 Team

Code:
/*
 * Your warranty is now void.
 *
 * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
 * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
 * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
 * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
 * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
 */

What is Exynos4 Team?
The Exynos4 team is composed of the current T0LTE/T0LTEKOR maintainers for both LineageOS and Resurrection Remix. (@Option58, @kozmo21 and @PoisonNinja)

What are the differences between official/unofficial builds?
These are more like the bleeding edge builds. Upcoming changes/fixes will show up here first, and then they might (or might not) eventually make it into Lineage official. So, if you want the latest and greatest changes for the Note 2, flash this instead of official. While we try to guarantee stability, these builds will be less stable than official builds.

Due to LineageOS rules, if you are switching between official and unofficial builds you will have to clean flash.

We'd like to say thanks to:
The great developer community out there. We've had a lot of help from other people. :)
- the LineageOS team
- the Galaxy S3 LineageOS maintainer github.com/fourkbomb.
- the NamelessROM project github.com/namelessrom.
- xda users for testing and bug reports.

    Nougat for t0lte questionnaire

    We see a lot of you reporting SIM/modem issues on Nougat.
    This will help us understand modem issues some users are facing, so it might improve further t0lte development.
    Please fill the form even if you don't have any issues.

    *Be aware that we are doing this voluntarily in our free time and this is the best we could possibly do so far.
    While we might solve something in the future we don't quarantee anything.*

    Good news. I've managed to get proprietary RIL (radio) blobs (from KitKat firmware) work with my t0ltekor. These are the same ones that were used with CM13.
    In LineageOS 14.1 we are building open-source RIL, but as you reported there were certain issues. Although I really had no problems with it at all on my device.

    Hopefully, this will solve modem issues some of you are having. We can't do this on official LineageOS (at least not yet), but it will be in the unofficial LineageOS.

    This will also be our last attempt at fixing the modem problems. If it doesn't work there is not much else we can (know-how) to do to solve them. Then we will leave these builds as-is and let you decide which rom is best for you.

    Expect a new build in the upcoming days when we sort everything out.

    Does this rom based on the work already done on the RR rom to date? Just want to get a better understanding if I need to switch to this rom if RR rom maintenance has stopped.

    Think of this as the Android beta program for the Note 2 :)
