No Volte unless Lenovo-Zuk releases a update to enable it. So, no rom supports volte.
As for the installation, follow the usual clean installation steps.
1.Wipe Data,System, Cache,Dalvik
2.Flash Rom
3.Flash Gapps
4.Reboot
#Pre-Rooted with Magisk.No need to install supersu.

I get the same SOT as i got on the Nuclearom. Using this rom with ra kernel. Sorry, I can't tell you the exact SOT as i don't care about it much.
