Also, I did the "restart ril-daemon" you said, but when I plugged it in, the same thing happened again.
When calling from the phone app, I get the following warning: "Cannot use cellular network." Messages from the message application do not come and go. The operator's name is written next to it, "Emergency calls only.

Did you install the recovery I linked, reboot back to recovery and flash the ROM?

CLEAN FLASH:- Before install ROM package if you're currently use STOCK ROM/CM11/CM12.1/CM13.0, make sure to wipe data/factory reset; if possible then do a internal sd format first, else you'll get error.

* On first boot, or after rebooting device,turn your screen off, and left it for 2-3 mins to settle it down. After that use it,for better performance.
* In developer option, change animator,window and transition scale to 0.6 or less than it. (No need to completely disable it).

Hi,
I know call recording has been demanded by many peoples but it's not possible to have that, because our sound lib(which is from logan) don't support it. I tried enabling in my earlier builds, but except radio type sound, nothing actually get recorded. The same issue like incall bug with our stock lib.
Dirty flashing could break anything.
But yes, on 7.1.2, opengapps screw the setup wizard and can't be complete. I am looking for an alternate or the fix.
Everyone will be updated about it with release.
I just got time from 2-3 days. I started working from start on device tree, kernel. You can see, i have updated CM-13.0. Currently, work on CM-14.1 is under progress. The next after it would/must be AOSP. So, no, i am not going to left it in anyway.
Today, I am sick having headache,fever and body pain, so was not able to work whole day. If i will be good tomorrow, might be CM-14.1(7.1.2) would be released.

You will have to follow extra steps after flashing ROM and GApps to avoid Keyboard force stops.
Here are the steps:
1. GO to Mount and Check system
2. GO home/back and GO to Advanced->File manager->system->lib
4. Find and delete libjni_latinimegoogle.so
