those gits are incomplete, i took them from the mediatek alps o1 source

FIX: Fix OMX problems (Lineage OS 14.1 ONLY)
Please replace "/system/etc/media_codecs.xml" with this one (in appendices), and then, reboot device and enjoy.
Before (Screenshot_20180731-193049.png):
OMX (MediaTek) is not working (Could not play FLAC audios).
After (Screenshot_20180801-161529.png):
OMX (FFmpeg) is working.
