I lost root after flashing the feb08 build that you just uploaded and in the previous build I was having issues with calls going through and my service connection went down and I was unable to get it back up by rebooting or toggling airplane mode or APN reset to defalt i tried everything I could think of I don't know if they were doing maintenance in my area but I reflashed and it fixed it and that's why I'm unsure it was me flashing or tower maintenance in my area but that's just speculation why I was experiencing the drop out in service but what do I do to fix root should I flash the lineage extras package?

This was a common bug in the first original lineage build that we were dealing with I don't know why I didn't think to make a post about it I guess I assumed because I was experiencing it that everyone else was well aware of it thanks for pointing out

I haven't experienced it since the most recent builds of a i c p, or in more recent lineage builds but I also didn't have service when I first started testing I was like Travis running on wifi-only and soon as I regained service I noticed that obviously it was correcting itself and updating every time it gains connection to service provider at the end of the boot cycle.
Yes, no sim for tp260. I activated mp260 yesterday. Flashing recovery and aicp64 now. (Picture of wood goes here)

I'm not even done yet, many more tweaks to come in time I assure you. The phone may not lag much, but memory management could be better and more kernel optimizations. More people are starting to work on lv517 now and I will be keeping an eye on their work to get my builds as feature filled/ efficient/ and stable as possible. We've come a long ways but there is still work to be done.

I have never had any problems on the Jan 27th build,on the 32 twrp. I'm waiting until I see that the 64 as stable as this rom is. Su is the only root that you might be able to get. Majisk doesn't seem to work for everyone. V4a, Atmos, exposed, and alot of mods work. A definite upgrade from stock. Just wanted to share.

This rom is incredible, can't wait until VoLTE and sms can get fixed so it'll be perfect

Well I didn't loose root..dirty flash just broke safety net. I formatted data and Clean flash 8/12 and magisk passed safety net again. :]

that's good, I had a hard time getting safety net to pass in the beginning but, found a flashable zip on here that another member made that fixes safety net issues. I'm glad to hear that you are up and running. I'm just sitting back waiting for a fix to enable volte. I have been trying to come up with something myself but, haven't had much luck. I think that Travis is on top of it once he gets his phone back on.

Is thee any point to installing magisk without gapps installed?
You could flash magisk module for gapps. If you don't wanna flash open gapps. Gapps are a must if you value good apps instead of limited to the minimum. I flash 64bit open gapps full.:good:
