It's a known problem and should have been fixed in internal builds. I THINK AIM has the fix built in. Give it a try.

Flashing stock asus camera and also the app from play store is not working. It was working in older build of viper os

No, it just make the Asus camera started, but you cant still record video over 30s, no 60fps.

i reflashed my rom because of the constant restarting of my phone and ive come to the conclusion that magisk is the one making it unstable because i didnt flash it when i reflashed my rom and now, my rom is stable again

But you cant working with video record. Wait 1-2 days for a new release of rom. They are working hard.
