Try this build, it's the latest one from Sep. 2018 with some bug fixes, re-built from @NoN1979. It's on my own phone. RR-N-v5.8.5-20180914-i9300-Unofficial.zip

I tried to flash it, but got an error - Failed to map file in twrp 3.5.0. for i9300. What could cause this issue?
Update: flashing twrp 3.2.0 solved the issue.
