i do use the latest Blu_Spark v29 not official TWRP... i don't think it's Nova either, because i had the same version working perfectly on the previous build...it might be gapps, i'm thinking about changing to Beans, it officially supports 7.1.2

using bluspark TWRP too, the fingerprint and pin blocked happened just one time yesterday and never after or before, using Nova too.

I have Nova too. Is Nova responsible for these problems? (I can't believe it)
Maybe, is the official TWRP the guilty one? Someone said it can cause problems and suggested to use Blu spark twrp.

I use nova since the early kitkat days no problems whatsoever so stop talking bs about that ....whatever the problem is, you guys don't provide logs and without that, you only assume....are you using f2fs with official TWRP?

Dear ahepas, not everyone is an expert here and often "talking bs" is simply the reflex of ignorance, without bad intentions.
If I knew how to provide logs, the right logs, I wouldn't be here seeking answers.

It's a sin because this is perhaps the best ROM for the OP3T, but once installed, after a while, it freezes (someone reports blanck screen and white led bug; I don't know if it's the the same thing) and the screen it's unresponsive to touch.
No problems with the official ROM.

Never seen it myself. Whoever has the issue needs to get logs

Wakelock blocking is already there but not necessary to turn on

this also happened to me on the latest build (clean flashed), i was downloading apps from play store and i have Nova, nova suddenly FC'd, and the device became not very responsive, i tried to reboot (normally) but the reboot animation stayed for a long while, when i tried to hard reboot got black screen and hardware keys light then turned off...the device wasn't responsive for 2-3 mins (i thought it was a hard brick) m then it turned on holding power + Vol Down....went strait to recovery, then rebooted to system, it worked fine ever since... have no clue what caused it.

Only time I get the black screen is the middle of applying a substratum theme change. I assume its part of restarting the UI. Are you running a theme via subs? Perhaps the theme is killing System UI

I need some help, does anybody know how to change the boot up pin (the one before the lockscreen) to the boot up pattern. The options in security settings don't do anything, even if I select no pin/pattern on startup. I've deleted the gatekeeper files in data/system and the lockscreen files. I've taken a backup and restored it to see if that works and also done a clean flash which doesn't work either.
So does anybody know exactly how to change or remove it.

yes i did use substratum, but afterward, i think it's a system ui related issue, but since it didn't reoccur, i'm not concerned so far .

sorry problem with the app - Advanced > File Manager, and go to the /data/system folder. delete files with .key extension and your phone is going to be unlocked and ready to go...than just go to security and set your new pin or patern

I dont know why but i cant place a picture or just the link of mine but i got all the colours in blue..
i flash the latest rom, the latest beangapps because i read that was the best for the rom.. but maybe its a issue with substratum i hace all the rom themed up!
