Thanks to ROM developer.
Thanks to the timely help by fellow followers.
I some how changed the default font to the mother tongue font it is now showing eng font which supposed to be shown after the substratum theme was applied. But it still continue to read the font installed by me and not the eng font see pic for problem.
Please help to me restore the eng font.
Along with the steps and native font file.

Cant believe im back to Noughat. Oreo has a problem with VOIP calls. Pie lags a lot. So for now i belive this is the best rom for 1gb phones

I strongly suggest this one + TheRagingBeast Kernel for best results.
Im using this Custom ROM for a month now with my 1GB variant and have never encountered a bug. Great battery backup. No lags.
I do have a question though, The previous ADB driver for stock Kitkat isnt working anymore so does anyone know what ADB driver to use in Custom Roms? Particularly this ROM if possible.

- Yes, there are a lot of underhood changes that require you to flash this firmware patch it contains hex edited firmware files which are inline to the kernel changes, So to make the things good to go just flash the firmware patch and forget its onetime procedure after flashing this patch you dont need to flash this same patch again and again So just Flash and Forget
