Android Ice Cold Project​

AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!

Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

Gaming? Expect overheating. Facebook or other crap app is using your CPU badly? Expect overheating. Mobile data + GPS + gaming + Facebook + NFC + Bluetooth? Expect booming.

What temperature had your CPU?
My j5 used to stay at about 35-40 degrees in idle, while when it was being used, it was up to 55 degrees as far as I remember.

I understand that you and other people are scared of overheating, but keep in mind that the kernel has protections for that, including battery swelling and other things.

No, i didn't use facebook or other heavy apps. I've been watchinng some videos on youtube on wifi and it got about 63° C. And this is why i said that is overheating cuz on other roms like LOS/AEX/etc this doesn't happen.

Dude, jfltexx is a galaxy S4 phone not a J5. Also you can see that this rom isn't official.
