Love this ROM already. Wish there was a workaround for the home button wake though. Will wait patiently :good:
Installed today. Looks promising. It is simple, smooth, without bloatware. Some findings:
- battery icon is not changing when do the change 2nd, 3rd...more times. Only first change after reboot is immediately visible.
- wake up with home button cannot be activated

BUG Report:
I can't receive files through ShareIt app because it can't start the hotspot. It gives me a prompt to manually start hotspot but when I do turn it on myself and go back to shareit, hotspot turns off and i'm back with the same prompt once again. Is there any fix?
EDIT: There's no problem sending files, since when sending a file it only needs to turn on wifi. Problem is with receiving because it needs to turn on hotspot to receive.
Also, once wifi hotspot is turned on, even after I turn it off, there's a persistent notification saying "Tethering or hotspot active".

Simple Fix for home button wake
Mount RW... then navigate to the file: /system/usr/keylayout/gpio-keys.kl
Look for the line with the key "HOME", then insert a space and type "WAKE" next to "HOME"
Save file and reboot

Encountered a bug during setup. Wifi mysteriously turned off and cant turn it back on again.
If you have a custom kernel try using this:
I/O Sched: FIOPS
TCP Algorithm: westwood
GPU Gov: Performance (This might affect your battery so it's optional)
CPU Gov: Hyper (If you have it on your kernel) or Interactive
My S4 works pretty fast with those settings

What kernel do you recommend/are using?
Does anyone have issues with wifi hotspot? No one can connect to my wifi hotspot, always get stuck on "connecting". Reflashing didn't solve either.

I did It as you wrote, but it does not work.
In gpio-keys.kl file there is the following line :
key 172 HOME WAKE
I saved the file, restart the phone but after the restart I cannot set the home button to wake up the S4.
This option is grey in the setup menü, it's not possible to modify It.

Slim has not many features, it's more simple and clean, pure Android experience
AOSP Extended has a lot of features (As you can read on the post)

You can use Magisk (I recommend it) or SuperSU, just flash the zip via TWRP and your device will be rooted
Greetings110/10. No bugs, no lags, buttery smooth (much faster than TW lollipop).
I'd suggest flashing with Nano GApps as I had trouble during first setup when using pico..
It's an unrooted rom, however Magisk v15.2 roots flawlessly...
Built-in equalizer has a tendency to fc, however I uninstalled it and using V4A now..
