Yes I've read the instructions; I was on Resurrection Remix which I think is based on CM13 without any issues so I might be on lollipop bootloader already.
I've been trying to flash the bootloader from the OP but it keeps failing:

Hi
@Ludespeed
Hmmmm yeah this can be frustrating so I am feeling your pain here, so I am going to tell you the way I went about it to get past the exact problems you are facing (In part as I like to find the paty of least resistance, even if it takes longer to do).
Download the official stock Lollipop ROM, if you are not registered at SAMFIRMWARE you should and download the stock ROM for your region, flash your tablet with the latest 5.0.1 stock.
Once stock is flashed, proceed to shutdown and boot back up into the bootloader, then flash TWRP version 3.0.2-0 or later (Make sure it is the TWRP version for our tablets and not another one).
Once TWRP has been loaded successfully, now you can proceed to install this version CM14.
However make sure that you do the following in TWRP:
* Make sure you have the latest GApps (In the first post) choose your version, I recommend the super one, but other prefer minimal version, place this on the SD card
* Make sure the latest version from
@thompatry is also placed on the SD card
* Full wipe, meaning go into advanced wipe and tick every box, but the repartion, but you want to wipe all system files as well
* After the full advanced wipe, install the ROM, then once it is completed choose the option to wipe cache/art option, I highly recommend you do this
* Once the cache/art wipe is completed then install your GApps version you have
* Once your GApps is finished installing, please choose the wipe cache/art once more, and again it is important in my opinion to do this if you truly want a clean install
Then once all that is done you can boot and you should have no problems at all [emoji2]
I truly hope this can help you, it is how I make sure I get 100% success rate with any custom install.
Cheers,
David.
